Service Description

This class focuses on creating stronger, more dynamic scenes through advanced scene work, character development, relationship building, stage presence, emotional commitment, and playfulness. Through coached exercises, scene work, and performance-focused games, students will explore concepts like scene rhythm, heightening, object work, ensemble support, and staying fully present in the moment. Students will also strengthen their comedic instincts and gain a deeper understanding of why scenes and games work. Designed to encourage bold choices, confident performances, and collaborative storytelling, this class helps improvisers refine their unique voice while developing stronger ensemble skills and more engaging stage presence. This class will culminate in a showcase performance. Class: Sundays, 12:00PM - 2:00PM 8-Weeks Included: 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/15, 11/22, 12/6 Note: No class 11/8 Bellingham Improv Festival or 11/29 Thanksgiving Weekend.
