Date: Saturday, July 8th Time: 3 - 6pm Instructor: Sammy Jolly Prerequisites: completion of Advanced Spontaneity, or permission from instructor Note: Must be 18 or older to attend this class. In this 3 hour workshop, you will learn the basics of building improvised songs! We will explore a variety of genres, rhythms, and patterns as we practice improvising lyrics, incorporating rhyming and vocal percussion. Gain knowledge and confidence in your musical improv skills. You don’t have to be an amazing singer… just be willing to go for it and have fun! This workshop is a part of our Summer Workshop Series.
