Improv 100
Introduction to improv. This course is designed to excite and inspire students, covering the fundamentals and introducing them to the wonderful world of improvisation. This class is for anyone wanting to explore their creativity in a safe and fun environment. Sign up for the class that will change your life!

Improv 200
Students become more familiar with the stage and the elements of story. New games and exercises are learned along with a deeper understanding of the fundamentals learned in improv 100. Students begin to tie together the "Who? What? Where?" of scene work into a double knot of improv awareness.
Prerequisite ~ completion of Improv 100 or referral

Improv 300
Students delve into character development and the exploration of the relationships between characters. The class focus is on open scenework and performance onstage, giving students the confidence to work with and support fellow improvisers. At the beginning of the 300 class, students (if interested) may meet with the Artistic Producer, shadow a performance and become eligible to perform live, onstage, at our Thursday night show, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly (GBU).
Prerequisite ~ completion of Improv 200 or referral

Improv 400 Performance Series
The student's improv skills are honed for live performance as this class focuses primarily on long form improvisation and open scenework. The students will have more stage time than ever and have a class ensemble performance in front of a live audience at the theatre's GBU show on a Thursday night. This class is geared towards improvisers looking to take the next step, and find the future of their 'prov.

YOUTH SUMMER CLASSES
YOUTH IMPROV CAMPS For ages 7-10 & 11-14
Intro to Improv This course is designed to excite and inspire students, covering the fundamentals of improv and introducing them to the wonderful world of improvisation! Through games and physical exercises, students will engage their imagination and explore their creativity. They will also practice teamwork and positive communication skills; building their confidence and discovering their own potential in a fun and safe group environment.
1st Camp: July 12th - 16th 2nd Camp: July 19th - 23rd
Times: 9am - 12pm, Mon through Fri (ages 7-10) 1pm - 4pm, Mon through Fri (ages 11-14)
Price is $120.00 for each week long camp.
Finding the Character Students will discover the array of characters inside themselves and do it spontaneously! They will create and develop characters with unique physical and vocal characteristics, mannerisms and behaviors. With the help of masks, costumes and props, they will craft characters from the theatrical to the believable. These fun and creative games will continue to develop the budding improv student.
1 Camp Only: August 9th - 13th
Times: 1pm - 4pm, Mon through Fri (ages 9-14)

BIZPROV BUSINESS SKILLS COURSE
Be Present, Connect & Say Yes! What YES AND can mean for your business
Listen, be present, say yes, make others look good, embrace failure, stay positive and be confident. These are all tenets of improv that we can apply in business and increase our success. We all know how it feels in conversations when we aren't being listened to or to have someone negatively shoot down our ideas. Our daily interactions can involve a lot of saying no, attempting to look better than others, distractions and expecting ourselves to be perfect. This course will show you how to apply these improv principles and practices in business and demonstrates their impact. You will learn to:
- Be present and in the moment - Communicate with yes instead of no - Look good by making others look good - Think on your feet and adapt - Take focus with confidence and embrace failure
Two intensive two hour workshops on back to back Thursdays, 1-3pm each day at The Upfront Theatre.
