Creative Staff Development Workshops

Our high impact "BizProv" workshops boost morale, cultivate positive communication and collaborative teamwork as well as creativity and innovation within any company or organization. We have worked with tons of companies and hundreds of individuals as well as ongoing with students from WWU's MBA program.

Using a fun, creatively developed curriculum, individuals learn how to be stronger communicators, think quickly on their feet, adapt in the moment, be more confident and improve interpersonal relationship skills. We help companies establish a "yes, and" culture where people are connected, listen, say yes, support and make each other look good.

Our workshops are customized for your group specifically. There is no acting or role-playing involved, no one is ever put on the spot or made to "perform." These are fun and safe for everyone, even your most introverted staff members. We are experts at what we do.
